Watt Rum MDB2M Guyana Rom. Ageing: 5 Years Tropical, 7 Years Continental. Thick and oily with aniseed, cloves, peppermint and green olives.

There only is one distillery on Guyana now so it shouldn’t be a surprise that this comes from Diamond Distillery. Diamond has a wide range of different still types, generally acquired from other Guyana distilleries that closed on the island, including the last operating wooden stills in the world. This particular rum is a combination of distillates from their French Savalle four column stills, Port Mourant double wooden pot still and Enmore wooden Coffey still.
