Forår på flaske! Printemps er en særlig hvidvin fremstillet specielt til forårs- og sommermånederne.

The 2025 vintage is round and aromatic. While the summer was very warm and dry, rainfall in late August and September slowed the ripening, bringing a pleasant freshness and full aromatic expression. On the nose, it reveals aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus, peach, and apricot. On the palate, it offers a fresh and rounded attack, supple and luscious, with beautiful length. A perfect match for the first lunches in the sun, such as white asparagus, vegetable quiche, open-faced sandwiches like a smørrebrød with smoked fish and early seasonal vegetables (radishes, watercress, …), or simply as an aperitif with a slice of tarte flambé. Made from 100% Auxerrois grapes.

Printemps er særdeles velegnet til grillet fisk, skaldyr og retter med grønne eller hvide asparges eller blot som aperitif på en varm sommerdag på terrassen.
